Something sweet is returning to Midlothian! Great Harvest Midlothian is under NEW ownership, meet Susan Laine! Susan
grew up in a small town in upstate NY with parents who owned an italian
restaurant and made homemade bread that was served to every table. She
remembers helping in the kitchen to "punch down the dough." Her husband
Jeff started a sourdough bakery three years ago, and its growing
popularity has led them to outgrow their current space. Fast forward to
today - they are now opening Great Harvest and expanding Europa Crust to
the Midlothian area.
